The Trigg Residence project has been developed by Coast Homes WA. A bold, striking elevation with a dramatic black and white contrast, emphasising the geometric lines of the building. This colour palette continues inside, furthering the connection between the exterior and interior spaces. Natural light was also an important feature of the design, with many keyspaces such as the alfresco area, garage and home office positioned on the north-facing aspect to capitalise on Perth’s sunshine.

Steel-Line WA has successfully completed the Trigg Residence project by installing two Custom Collection garage doors. Those stunning doors are made from aluminium frame with dark grey tinted acrylic inserts. The colour of the garage doors perfectly compliments Trigg Residence’ architectural style, thus creating an exceptional overall street appeal. The tinted acrylic inserts allow natural light transfer into the garage whist greatly reduce the harmful UV rays.
